A regional development direction connecting agricultural processing, shared infrastructure and river logistics along the Dong Thap–Thuong Phuoc corridor.
The development focus connects agricultural processing, border trade and river logistics. It examines how production sites, storage, energy and transport can serve the movement of crops and finished goods between Cambodia and Vietnam.
Processing hubs bring manufacturing closer to raw materials and connect inland production with transport corridors and customers. Shared utilities, warehousing and logistics support complementary activities across the portfolio.
The corridor plan includes solar development on the Cambodian side near the growing and processing areas serving Thường Phước. Energy layout and storage are planned alongside agricultural use, logistics and production demand.
Planning begins with the needs of production and the surrounding communities: where processing, storage, energy and transport are needed, and how they can work together. The development direction is translated into site-specific plans and implementation conditions.
