Three hub locations organise the relationship between growing regions, deep processing and industrial services. The programme considers complementary agriculture, forestry, energy and logistics activities around the resources and transport conditions of each location.
Processing hubs bring manufacturing closer to raw materials and connect inland production with transport corridors and customers. Shared utilities, warehousing and logistics support complementary activities across the portfolio.
At Kampong Thom, Kampong Speu and Pursat, the development plan places processing and renewable-energy functions close to the growing regions. Agrivoltaic layouts combining crop production with suitable livestock uses are being considered in the design, according to the conditions of each site.
