Development focus

Cassava, mango, rice and other crops form a connected sourcing and processing programme. Cashew apples and suitable crop residues extend the resource base. Product choices follow seasonal supply, composition, collection costs and market demand.

Within the wider portfolio

Long-term relationships with farming households and cooperatives connect crop planning, post-harvest handling and processing with customer requirements. The approach combines food production with useful applications for agricultural by-products.

Forestry and specialised crops

Additional development directions include black ginger in Kampong Speu, Paulownia in Pursat and Crescentia in Kampong Thom. These programmes connect suitable growing conditions with processing and material applications; each follows its own site and implementation requirements.
